Vortex S is a modern frameless variant of the Vortex collection, equipped with a high quality 10W LED chip with a high colour rendering index CRI 90, which ensures a natural and faithful colour rendering. The luminaire is available in 3000K or 4000K chromaticity, allowing the light to be adapted to the specific needs of the space.
A TRIAC or DALI dimmable system can be added for added comfort. With the DALI system it is also possible to install Tunable White on request, i.e. the possibility to adjust the chromaticity in the range 2700K-6000K. The standard protection of lighting is IP20, but anIP44 version can be produced on request , suitable for areas with higher humidity.
Vortex S thus combines modern design, flexibility of light adjustment and high lighting comfort, all in a frameless design that blends elegantly into the ceiling.

Is the Vortex S suitable for installation in a bathroom?

The standard IP20 rating is not suitable for damp environments, but an IP44 version can be manufactured upon request, which is suitable for bathrooms.

What dimming options does the Vortex S offer?

The luminaire can be equipped with TRIAC or DALI dimming systems. DALI also allows for color temperature control in the range of 2700K–6000K using Tunable White.

Is this light dimmable?

If a product is listed as dimmable, you can adjust the light intensity according to your current needs. The type of dimming varies by model (e.g., TRIAC, DALI, or Casambi), so we recommend verifying compatibility with your dimmer.

What color temperature should you choose?

Warm white (2700–3000 K) creates a cozy atmosphere and is suitable for living rooms or bedrooms. Neutral white (4000 K) is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, or home offices. If light is available in multiple variants, we recommend choosing based on the room’s intended use.

What IP rating is appropriate for a given space?
