Minimalism with character

Although the wall-mounted version of lighting looks simple at first glance, its design is sophisticated in every detail. The combination of a subtle metal profile and a spherical diffuser creates an elegant light point that can not only illuminate a space but also visually soften it. This approach shows that even a minimalist solution can have a strong aesthetic impact.

Ideal for modular installations

Thanks to its compact size and clean form, the Atrax wall light can be easily combined in large numbers to create original light compositions. Architects and designers often use it to rhythm long corridors, highlight zones in open spaces or as a decorative element above beds and sofas.

Designed by Franco Zavarise

Franco Zavarise, born in 1960 in Mareeba, Australia, is the visionary founder of the Italian brand ZAVA, which he founded in 1982 with the aim of turning his passion for light and working with metal into unique lighting. After completing his technical studies, he decided to design lighting for his friends, which became the germ of the entire brand. From the very beginning, Zavarise combines his deep experience in metalworking with an instinctive sense of design. At ZAVA's headquarters, traditional craftsmanship meets state-of-the-art technology - lighting are first created using high-tech machinery and then refined by hand, with attention to every detail. Franco believes that quality design should not only be beautiful and functional, but also affordable and sustainable. Today, the ZAVA brand is a symbol of Italian know-how, where industrial precision is combined with a human touch. Interestingly, most of the products are still created directly in their workshops in northern Italy, guaranteeing quality control and authenticity of each piece.
