Flos Almendra LED organic pendant luminaire

Nature as design inspiration

The design of Almendra is based on the organic shapes of the almond tree, which gave the lighting its name - "almendra" means almond in Spanish. This natural motif is reflected in the gently curving lines of the light modules, which resemble leaves or fruits hanging from the branches. With this design, Patricia Urquiola pays tribute to the beauty of nature and combines technology with the poetics of organic forms.

Sustainability and functional flexibility

The Almendra luminaire is not only visually attractive, but also designed with ecology in mind - it is assembled without the use of adhesives, so it can be easily disassembled and recycled. In addition, each light module can be rotated in 60° increments, changing the direction of the light according to specific needs. This variability makes it an ideal element for modern interiors that require both aesthetics and practical functionality.
