E27 2700K 2.5W

A small LED bulb from Buster & Punch in the shape of a puck with an opal polycarbonate (non-dimmable) or glass (dimmable) casing that provides a uniform warm white light.
It looks especially great in combination with our HOOKED shades and CAGED lights. Choose between a 5W dimmable or 2.5W non-dimmable warm white LED. This bulb uses only 1/50 the energy of traditional incandescent bulbs and fits any E27 fitting.
Please note: The PUNCH BULB non-dimmable bulb is for use with switches only and is not compatible with any dimmer. The PUNCH BULB dimmable bulb requires an LED compatible dimmer, such as our dimmers.

FAQs

You can find more tips and advice in our Lighting Academy.

What is the lifespan of the Buster & Punch Bulb Puck 2700K?

The bulb has a lifespan of 30,000 hours, ensuring long-term use without frequent replacement. It is important to use the recommended voltage of 230V.

Is the Buster & Punch Bulb Puck compatible with a dimmer?

The non-dimmable version of this light bulb is not compatible with dimmers and is intended for use only with standard light switches.

What color temperature should you choose?

Warm white (2700–3000 K) creates a cozy atmosphere and is suitable for living rooms or bedrooms. Neutral white (4000 K) is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, or home offices. If light is available in multiple variants, we recommend choosing based on the room’s intended use.

You can find a more detailed explanation of the different light temperatures in our article What Is CCT and How to Choose the Right Color Temperature

How to choose the right color rendering index (CRI)?

The Color Rendering Index (CRI) indicates how faithfully light renders actual colors. For general use, a CRI of at least 80 is suitable, while a CRI of 90 or higher is recommended for kitchens, galleries, or showrooms.

If you're wondering why CRI is important, read our article What is CRI, and how does it affect the appearance of colors in an interior?

What is the difference between watts and lumens?

Watts indicate power consumption, while lumens express the amount of light that light actually emits. When choosing LED lighting, it is therefore better to focus on luminous flux rather than power consumption alone.

If you'd like to learn more, read our article What are lumens, and how many do we need for each room?
