Sculptural mastery from a single piece of marble

Biagio is not an assembled light - each lamp is sculpted from a single block of the famous Carrara marble, traditionally used to make works of art. This production method ensures not only structural integrity, but also the uniqueness of each piece, as no two pieces of marble have the same veining. Each light is therefore an original that carries the power of nature and artisanal precision.

Design with history and weight

Biagio is more than just a decorative element - its weight and shape convey stability and permanence. Thanks to its massive marble body, the lamp weighs approximately 8 kilograms, making it not only a solid but also visually impressive object. Tobia Scarpa's 1968 design continues to inspire generations of designers and art lovers, precisely because of its timeless aesthetic and philosophy, where function merges with pure art.
