The Seagull light from the Seagull collection by the renowned French company DCW éditions brings light into the interior with a subtlety that does not overwhelm the space, but blends naturally with it. The luminaire is LED, 40W, 4000 lm and contains a 2400K filter that can be used to change the light temperature. As standard, light can be equipped with CASAMBI or DALI intelligent systems, as is common with the DCW brand, for advanced control and integration into smart installations. The design elegantly references the Art Deco aesthetic, but with a modern, contemporary twist that makes it look timeless and sophisticated. Inspiration comes from the approach of architect Frank Lloyd Wright, who used glass tubes to diffuse light in the Johnson Wax Building (1936-1939) to illuminate the space softly and without a visible source. This idea is echoed by the collection's creator , Thierry Dreyfus, who imagined lighting as he would want to see and experience them in his own home today - as a light object that creates atmosphere, not dominance.

Timeless Art Deco-inspired design

The Seagull pendant light from DCW éditions combines the refinement and elegance of Art Deco with a modern concept that does not overwhelm the space. It was inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, specifically the Johnson Wax Building (1936-1939), where glass tubes diffused light into the interior softly and without a visible source. Thierry Dreyfus translated this idea into the Seagull collection, so that lighting create a pleasant atmosphere without dominating the space.
