The steel structure, featuring a circular base with a diameter of 38 cm and a height of approximately 135 cm, ensures stability and a striking visual presence in the space.The lamp is designed for an E27 LED bulb and features a swiveling, height-adjustable methacrylate shade that allows for precise light direction. An integrated switch on the shade and a power cord approximately 2.5 m long ensure practical use in living rooms, reading nooks, and work areas.

light Lauro Floor light offers a combination of rotational and vertical shade adjustment, allowing the shade to slide along the support structure. This allows the light to be precisely directed without having to move the entire lamp, making it ideal for placement next to an armchair or sofa, for example. This system enhances lighting lighting functionality and allows for a smooth transition between ambient and task lighting.

Technological and design continuity of the 1970s

Lauro is a reissue of a design from the 1970s, when bending steel was a technologically demanding process. The lamp’s construction thus still references the industrial innovations of that era, while the current version utilizes modern LED light sources. The combination of steel and methacrylate allows for a choice between diffused light and a directional lighting effect in the dark version of the shade.
